Introducing Bill Wadman, an accomplished portrait photographer who is always experimenting with his camera... and loves to share what he learns on his informative blog, On Taking Pictures. That's where I found these posted with the invitation: "Tell me what you see in them. It's a little test."

See more dreamy blue, AND portraits below.

What can you see?

In 2007 Wadman set out to photograph one portrait a day for the entire year -- a project that captured subjects out in their world,

...as well as inside his studio -- with spectacular results you can see at 365 Portraits. Prints from this series are available in editions of 5 for $400.

Ever think of commissioning a portrait? They aren't just for "bio photos" on your company website or conference programs... these can be a fabulous work of art, in your own home... of you/your family/someone you adore... Try it! Wadman works within many formats, films and effects.

And here are the results of another experiment... approximating the tones of the master photographer Edward Steichen.

The photos and project are incredible! But I believe the gentleman in question's last name is actually Wadman, not Waldman, based on his website....just saying.

And yeah he's definitely a cutie!
