I ordered some down and feather replacement sofa cushions from them last week and I thought their prices were great. They should be arriving this week. When they do I'll let you know how they turned out.

Before you go that-- check out the sofas at ligne roset. large, deep, sort of sectional (like two chaise longues attached together)... Cheaper than B&B, better quality than Bo, and down filled cushions.

Go to Classic Sofa in Chelsea and they will build one for you in the dimensions, fabric and filling of your choice in two weeks at a very reasonable price, rather than some made in China crap.

I suggest you do some more sofa shopping. There are manufacturers of sectional sofas with down and spring or down wrap cushions for considerably less than $15,000. I haven't been to their furniture department recently, but Bloomingdales has historically carried a down and spring sectional sofa. I was in Macy's State Street, Chicago (Marshall Fields) recently and they had at least one down and spring contemporary sectional, so check Macy's Herald Square. Room and Board, Mitchell Gold, Crate and Barrel, Kreiss, Stickley-Audi Co., Domain, ZGallerie, Bograd's, and Carlyle Sofas all offer some sort of contemporary sectional with down and spring and/or down wrap cushions.

For the price you're quoting, buying the sofa then having the cushions restuffed is absurd, plus you may encounter a problem where the restuffed cushions do not properly fill the cushion case leaving it wrinkled or dimpled, or the stuffing does not provide the level of comfort you were seeking. For the price you noted, frankly you should be able to order your sofa to specification. Though there are online sofa and chair sources, I would not order a sofa online unless you have previously seen and sat on it as you have already discovered, beautiful looking sofas do not always provide comfortable seating. If you absolutely cannot find a retailer that sells what you want, then you need to visit some sofa manufacturer's showrooms in the various showroom complexes. Good Luck

You might want to try the Townsed or Klien sectionals from Room & Board.....their down/feather mix is super comfy.

If you like the look of the Flexform Groundpiece sofa, you might want to take a look at the Savannah sofa at alchemycollections.com. It looks strikingly similar, comes in a variety of configurations, and the description states that it comes with foam/down cushions. With the $12,000 you save, you could have the whole thing "re-cushioned" many times over if you hate the cushions it comes with.
