Victory Vintage in Decatur, Ga., created sculptures by mounting antique foundry mold patterns from Atlantic Steel on stands.

To find wood and metal foundry molds for your own projects, check eBay; bids start from $8 to $10 though larger pieces can go for hundreds of dollars. They pop up occasionally on Craigslist and on the sites of vintage dealers; Austin Modern currently has a number of them (which they categorize as "mantiques").
